Licensed psychiatric beds means, for a given hospital, the number of psychiatric licensed beds, as listed in the July 25, 2001, Illinois Department of Public Health report entitled "Percent Occupancy by Service in Year 2000 for Short Stay, Non-Federal Hospitals in Illinois".
