Licensed Product Supplier means an entity (other than Licensee) located in India that is licensed by Gilead to make, use, sell, have sold, offer for sale and export Product in the Field in the Territory.

  • No royalties will be owed on Licensee's sale of API to other Licensed Product Suppliers, provided such Licensed Product Supplier has executed an agreement with Gilead requiring such Licensed Product Supplier to pay Gilead royalties on finished Product containing such API.

  • In consideration of the rights granted hereunder, Licensee shall pay to Licensor the royalties set forth in Annex I per each Licensed Product purchased by Licensee with the Licensed Product Supplier.
