Licensed Product Sold definition

Licensed Product Sold or "Sale" of a Licensed Product shall mean the sale, lease, or other transfer of a Licensed Product or a product incorporating a Licensed Product by SUN or the use of a Licensed Product, by SUN. A product shall be considered sold at the time of invoicing or shipment, whichever is earlier, or if there is no such invoicing or shipment, in the case of internal use, at the time of such use.
