Licensed Product B definition

Licensed Product B means any product, service or composition in the field of NIPT, including (without limitation) MaterniT21 PLUS, VisibiliT, and SensiGene Fetal RHD Genotyping, for as long as there exists a Valid Patent Claim (regardless of whether the product, service or composition is covered by a Valid Patent Claim) on a country-by-country basis.
