Licensed or Licensable definition
Licensed or Licensable means a person who hold an Arkansas counseling or therapy license that is in good standing with the Board or persons who have filed an application and are in the process of becoming licensed by the Board. Individuals who have an application in process but fail the examinations or fingerprint check are not considered licensable.
