Licensor further agrees that any new licenses or other agreements that Licensor executes with third parties for a Subsequent Use will contain provisions that similarly require such users to correct or eliminate RF interference with Licensee’s operation of its Licensed Equipment following receipt of a notice of such RF interference.
Licensor agrees that neither Licensor nor Licensor’s other licensees or tenants at the Site, whose equipment at the Site is installed or modified subsequently to the installation or Modification of Licensee’s Licensed Equipment (“Subsequent Use”), shall permit their equipment to interfere with Licensee’s FCC-licensed transmissions or reception in excess of levels permitted by the FCC.
