Licensed Equipment definition

Licensed Equipment means, if applicable, Licensee’s permitted equipment installed at the Site that is transmitting or receiving signals within frequencies for which has an FCC license, to the extent that such equipment is transmitting or receiving signals within such frequencies.

Licensed Equipment means EQUIPMENT infringing one or more of the MOTOROLA PATENTS which is identified by LICENSEE on the form of Exhibit B.

Licensed Equipment means equipment or products sold by a Manufacturing Customer which contain Products purchased directly or indirectly from AMSC or its Affiliates and for which Manufacturing Customer’s sales price, from which packaging, insurance, transportation, and duties and taxes are subtracted, of such equipment or product is at least [**] times higher than the Fair Market Value of the Products contained therein. In the case AMSC’s existing SuperMachines Business Unit (“SuperMachines BU”) or SuperMachines Subsidiary (defined below) intend to export its products to Japan, Licensed Equipment shall also mean Rotating Machinery Products exported by SuperMachines BU or SuperMachines Subsidiary to Japan, provided that the Fair Market Value of such Rotating Machinery Products is at least [**] times higher than the Fair Market Value of the Wire Products contained in such Rotating Machinery Products. Licensed Equipment excludes Wire Products and electric power cables per se.

• Licensor further agrees that any new licenses or other agreements that Licensor executes with third parties for a Subsequent Use will contain provisions that similarly require such users to correct or eliminate RF interference with Licensee’s operation of its Licensed Equipment following receipt of a notice of such RF interference.

More Definitions of Licensed Equipment

Licensed Equipment means all equipment owned or used by the parties which use of or access to may be required by the Lead Force in order to deliver a Regional Function. Losses means any damages, liabilities, awards, costs, charges, losses and expenses. Party or Parties means a Party or Parties to this Agreement. Personnel means all Police Constables and Police Civilian members of staff (or either of them as the context so admits) engaged in a Regional Function. Police Act means the Police Xxx 0000. Region means the combined geographical police areas of the Commissioners and their Chief Constables and the term Regional shall be construed accordingly. Regional Asset means property, including freehold or leasehold, plant or other equipment utilised for the delivery of a regional function other than those which by virtue of Section 17.7 remain in the ownership of any of the Parties hereto. RCB means the Regional Collaboration Board. Regional Function means any operational or non operational function delivered collaboratively by the Forces and/or the Commissioners (or any of them) within the Region pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the relevant Functional Collaboration Agreement.

Licensed Equipment means an apparatus performing pulsed energy deposition and/or pulsed laser deposition claimed in the LICENSED PATENT.

For the avoidance of doubt, skates for Hockey or Skating and protective Hockey pants and shells will be deemed to be Licensed Equipment and not Licensed Apparel.

Licensed Equipment means, with respect to MOTOROLA, all EQUIPMENT FIELDED by MOTOROLA and its AFFILIATES. LICENSED EQUIPMENT means, with respect to BRIGHTSTAR, SUBSCRIBER TERMINALS FIELDED by BRIGHTSTAR and its AFFILIATES. Any LICENSED EQUIPMENT, however, for which a report and royalty (if due) are not submitted by BRIGHTSTAR in the time and manner specified in Section 4 shall be deemed never to have been LICENSED EQUIPMENT.
