Licensed Commercial Bank definition

Licensed Commercial Bank means a licensed commercial bank within the meaning of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988 ;
Licensed Commercial Bank means a bank licensed under the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988 as amended from time to time to carry on banking business as defined in that Act.
Licensed Commercial Bank means a bank licensed under subsection (4) of section 2 of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988;
