Licensed Antibodies definition

Licensed Antibodies means those Program Antibodies that are selected by Surface pursuant to Section 3.3(a), and any Program-Benefited Antibody generated from such Program Antibodies.
Licensed Antibodies means (a) the VEGFR2 and PDL-1 monoclonal antibodies generated by Kadmon, and (b) any and all human monoclonal antibodies developed by Jinghua using the Technology.
Licensed Antibodies means the antibodies set forth in Exhibit A hereto, and any subsequent monoclonal antibodies owned, licensed or developed by M-Tech or its Affiliates that are directed towards the same antigens as the antibodies listed in Exhibit A. Expressly excluded from the Licensed Antibodies are any subclone cell lines isolated from the [***] cell line other than those that primarily produce human monoclonal antibodies to [***], whether alone or in combination with other antigens.

  • Surface, its Affiliates, or its or their Sublicensees or subcontractors (including the Existing CMO) will be solely responsible, at GSK’s cost and expense, for Manufacturing and supplying the worldwide requirements for Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products in the Territory (i) as part of the Technical Transition Services, and (ii) through to the date of IND Acceptance.

  • GSK will provide any other assistance or take any other actions, in each case reasonably requested by Surface, as necessary to transfer to Surface the Development or Manufacture of the Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products, and will execute all documents as may be reasonably requested by Surface in order to give effect to this Section 13.4.

  • All Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products and all rights related thereto will revert to Surface, including all rights under the Licensed Technology and Surface will have the right, in its sole discretion, to Develop, Manufacture and Commercialize the Licensed Antibodies and Licensed Products.

  • All the relevant ethics committee approvals and informed consents have been obtained to enable the use of the Human Biological Samples obtained from patients or human subject volunteers or other donors in the Development or Manufacture of Licensed Antibodies.

  • Surface will deliver, at Surface’s cost and expense, research grade Licensed Antibodies as described in the Transition Plan (the “Licensed Antibody Materials”) EXW (Incoterms 2020) to GSK pursuant to and within the timeframes set forth in the Transition Plan.

Licensed Antibodies means (i) Antibody [***] and all other Licensed Antibodies (as defined in the Option Agreement), including the antibodies listed on Exhibit A hereto, (ii) all monoclonal antibodies identified or generated by Inhibrx and/or its Affiliates during the Term directed against the Target, and (iii) any analog, fragment, variant, modification or derivative of any of the foregoing.
Licensed Antibodies means (a) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled by Five Prime as of the Effective Date, including FPA008 and the Antibodies set forth on Exhibit B, (b) all CSF1R Antibodies Controlled or otherwise researched or developed by BMS during the Restricted Period, and (c) all modifications, derivatives, fragments or variants of any CSF1R Antibody set forth in part (a) or (b) of this definition.
