Licenced Property definition

Licenced Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a Licence as identified on an applicable Order. Licenced Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licenced Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • The term of the Subscription Licences starts on the agreed date or, if no date has been agreed, upon AvePoint making the subscription-based Licenced Property available to the Customer.
