Licence Issuer means the person appointed under this By-law and includes his or her designate;
Licence Issuer means a Municipality employee delegated authority by Council as the Person responsible for issuing a Licence;
Licence Issuer means a Town employee responsible for issuing a licence; “Licensee” means a person issued a current valid licence;
