Licence Duration definition

Licence Duration means the duration of time from the Effective Date that the Licensee is licensed to use the Licensed Software, as defined in the relevant IPA.

Licence Duration. The licence granted by this Agreement commences from End User's agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by its signing this Agreement below and continues until this Agreement is terminated as provided below. This Agreement automatically terminates without notice if End User fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. End User may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use of the Technology. Upon any termination of this Agreement, End User must destroy any and all copies of the Technology.
