Licence Details definition

Licence Details the Business Licence application form and Affiliates appendix completed by the Licensee when entering into these Terms, together with the Renewals Form;
Licence Details means the matters set out in the schedule attached to these Terms and Conditions. “Licence Year” means from the date of execution until 30 June, and thereafter from 1 July to 30 June. “Licensed Products” means products of the type for which use of the Mark is permitted as set out in the Licence Details, and in relation to which the Mark is used. “Manufacturing Territory” means the relevant territory specified in the Licence Details. “Mark” means each registration and pending application for a mark in the form identified in Annexure A, as updated by TWC from time to time, owned by a TWC Entity, to the extent such registration or pending application relates to the Licensed Products. “Rules” means rules filed with each relevant regulatory authority in applicable countries as part of the registration of the Mark in that country. “Specifications” means the technical specifications for the Licensed Products referred to in Annexure B, as updated by TWC from time to time, to the extent they are applicable to the Mark and to the products of the type set out as the Licensed Products. “Term” means the term of this Agreement. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions. “Territory” means the Manufacturing Territory, the Distribution Territory and Commission Manufacturing Territory. “Testing” means testing of the Licensed Products for compliance with the Specifications, and includes Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance Testing as referred to in clause 9. “Testing Charges” means amounts payable in respect of Testing by reference to the then current charges of the relevant Authorised Laboratory. “The Woolmark Company” or “TWC” refers collectively to each of the companies and associations which are listed in Annexure G against a country which is within the Territory licensed under this Agreement, and “TWC Entity” means any such company or association. “Trade Association Users” means the entities referred to in Annexure J (if any).
Licence Details means the details regarding your licence for the Data, which are set out in the schedule to this Licence Agreement.

Examples of Licence Details in a sentence

  • Please note that this Site Visit Report will be made available for public viewing via the EPA’s Licence Enforcement Access Portal within one day of the issue date and will be published on the Licence Details Page of the EPA’s website, www.epa.ie, that relates to your licence 60 calendar days after the issue date.

  • The Licensee must provide NLA with any purchase order number it wishes to appear on its invoice on completion of the Licence Details or prior to the Renewal Date as applicable.

More Definitions of Licence Details

Licence Details means the form that You completed and provided to Us at the time at which You applied for the grant of the Licence,in which You described Your uses of sound recordings and/or music videos, as amended by Us to include information relevant to the granting of this Licence in the section of the form marked “Office Use Only” and any subsequent information provided by You and accepted by Us in relation to your event in accordance with this Agreement;
Licence Details the details completed by the Licensee when entering into or renewing these Terms, including in the licence application form, and any other relevant information in relation to the Licensed Parties' Permitted Acts in relation to Articles; "Licensed Party(ies)": the Licensee and any Affiliates;

Related to Licence Details

  • Licence Fees means the fees payable by you under this Agreement to us excluding VAT and all other relevant taxes, where applicable, as detailed by us from time to time including through our website, as part of a written quotation or renewal;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Licence Year means a period of 12 (twelve) calendar months commencing on the Validity Date or any anniversary of the Validity Date during the subsistence of the Agreement.

  • Licence Fee : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.

  • Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;
