LIBO definition

LIBO means for any Tranche Period the rate appearing on Reuters BBA Libor Rates Page 3750 (or on any successor or substitute page of such page) providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such page, as determined by the Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the first day of the relevant Tranche Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Tranche Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the “LIBO” with respect to such Tranche Period shall be the rate, rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%, at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Tranche Period are offered by the principal London office of the Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Tranche Period.
LIBO means the rate of interest determined on the basis of the rate for deposits in dollars for a period equal to the applicable Interest Period commencing on the first day of such Interest Period appearing on Bridge Telerate Service (formerly Dow Jxxxx Market Service) Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period. In the event that such rate does not appear on Bridge Telerate Service (formerly Dow Jxxxx Market Service) Page 3750, “LIBO” shall be determined by the Administrative Agent to be the rate per annum at which deposits in dollars are offered by leading reference banks in the London interbank market to the Administrative Agent at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period for a period equal to such Interest Period and in an amount substantially equal to the amount of the applicable Loan.
LIBO means the rate per annum equal to (a) the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Dow Xxxxx Market Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of the relevant Tranche Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Tranche Period; provided that, in the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for the relevant Tranche Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Tranche Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Tranche Period, divided by (b) one (1) minus the maximum aggregate reserve requirement (including all basic, supplemental, marginal or other reserves) which is imposed against the Administrative Agent in respect of Eurocurrency liabilities, as defined in Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as in effect from time to time (expressed as a decimal) applicable to such Tranche Period.
