A leverage premium fee based on the outstanding Loans from time to time, calculated at the Leverage Premium Fee Rate (as defined below in this Section), on the actual outstanding Loans for each day during the preceding full or partial calendar month, payable in arrears on each Payment Date and on the Termination Date.
