Levelized Tariff Charge definition

Levelized Tariff Charge or “LTC” – means the single value of Tariff Charge US cents per kWh for each of the Contract Years over the Term of the PPA, which would have the same present value as the present value of the annual Tariff Charges in the Proposal of a Bidder, as calculated in accordance with Section B, Article 5 and Annex A, Exhibit II.
Levelized Tariff Charge or “LTC” – means the value in Rs per kWh referred to in and calculated pursuant to Section B, Article 15, which is the present value of all payments based on the Tariff Charges over the Term divided by the present value of all Net Energy Output over the Term based on certain assumptions set out in this RFP, as such term is further described in the said Article and Section B, Attachment B-2.
Levelized Tariff Charge or “LTC” – means the value in Rs per kWh referred to in and calculated according to the guidelines provided by NEPRA.
