Letter of Transmittal Form definition

Letter of Transmittal Form means the Letter of Transmittal Form for use by holders of Common Shares, in the form accompanying the Circular;
Letter of Transmittal Form means the letter of transmittal form for use by TMX Group Shareholders with respect to the Arrangement;
Letter of Transmittal Form means the letter of transmittal form accompanying this Information Circular pursuant to which, inter alia, a Shareholder is required to deliver such Shareholder's certificates representing Onefour Shares to the Corporation;
