Letter of Credit Usage definition

Letter of Credit Usage means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is, or at any time thereafter may become, available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding, and (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Bank and not theretofore reimbursed by or on behalf of Company.
Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the maximum aggregate amount which is or at any time thereafter may become available for drawing under all Letters of Credit then outstanding plus (ii) the aggregate amount of all drawings under Letters of Credit honored by Issuing Lenders and not theretofore reimbursed by Company (including any such reimbursement out of the proceeds of Revolving Loans pursuant to subsection 3.3B).

More Definitions of Letter of Credit Usage

Letter of Credit Usage means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate undrawn face amount of outstanding Letters of Credit plus the aggregate amount of all drawings under the Letters of Credit not reimbursed by Borrower or converted into Loans.
