Letter of Credit Advance definition

Letter of Credit Advance means an advance made by the Issuing Bank or any Revolving Credit Lender pursuant to Section 2.03(c).

Letter of Credit Advance means any issuance of a Letter of Credit under Section 2.4 made pursuant to Section 2.1 in which each Bank acquires a pro rata participation (based on such Bank's Commitment) pursuant to Section 2.4(d).
