Prior to the expiry of the Tender Validity Period and upon expiry of the Standstill Period specified in ITT 42.1, upon addressing a complaint that has been filed within the Standstill Period, the Procuring Entity shall transmit the Letter of Award to the successful Tenderer.
Within twenty-one (21) days of the receipt of the Letter of Award from the Procuring Entity, the successful Tenderer shall furnish the Performance Security and, any other documents required in the TDS, in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract, subject to ITT 38.2 (b), using the Performance Security and other Forms included in Section X, Contract Forms, or another form acceptable to the Procuring Entity.
The successful bidder will be required to execute an agreement within a period of 1 week from the date of issue of Letter of Award.
Within 2(Two) Weeks from the date of issue of Letter of Award (LOA), the successful Bidder shall sign and date the contract and return it to OIL.
A Letter Of Intent (LOI) shall hence be issued to the bidder accepting to meet the price of L1 and Letter of Award (LOA) shall be issued post the acceptance of LOI has been received by the purchaser.
