Lessor's Fixtures definition

Lessor's Fixtures means the Lessor's fixtures and fittings in or on the Leased Premises as described in item 11 of Schedule 1
Lessor's Fixtures means the Lessor's fixtures and fittings in or on the Leased Premises and any Lessee's Fixtures which are re-classified by the Lessor as Lessor's Fixtures in accordance with this Lease;
Lessor's Fixtures means all fixtures fittings plant equipment air-conditioning and ventilation equipment lifts and escalators (if any) partitions goods chattels or other items brought on to the Premises by the Lessor and shall exclude any equipment, partitions goods chattels or other items installed by the Lessee.

  • The Premises Condition Reports attached as Schedule 7 will be evidence of the condition of the Premises and the Lessor's Fixtures and Fittings at the Commencement Date.

Lessor's Fixtures means all fixtures in the Premises owned by the Xxxxxx xxxxuding the items listed in the Lessor's Asset Register and:
Lessor's Fixtures means all fixtures fittings plant, equipment, air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, lifts and escalators (if any) partitions goods chattels or other items brought on to the Premises by the Lessor and shall exclude any equipment, partitions goods chattels or other items installed by the Lessee
Lessor's Fixtures means all the Lessor’s fixtures fittings appliances chattels and effects thereon and therein (non- exhaustive) specified in Item 2 of the Schedule.
Lessor's Fixtures means all the plant, equipment and chattels that have been or become permanently or securely affixed to the Leased Premises and are the Lessor’s property, including the items listed as fixtures in Item 5 of the Reference Schedule.
Lessor's Fixtures includes all plant and equipment, mechanical or otherwise, fittings, fixtures, furniture and furnishings of any kind, including carpets, window coverings, blinds, light fittings, air conditioning, toilets, bathroom fittings and hot water systems (where installed) from time to time in the Premises or any part of them and owned or supplied by the Lessor and (unless there is an Owners Corporation in respect of the Building) all stop cocks, fire hoses, hydrants, other fire prevention aids and all fire fighting systems from time to time located in the Premises or which may service the Premises and be on the Land.

Related to Lessor's Fixtures

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Plumbing fixture means a receptacle or device that is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.

  • Tenant’s Property means Tenant's movable fixtures and movable partitions, telephone and other equipment, furniture, furnishings, decorations and other items of personal property.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.
