Lender Related Party definition

Lender Related Party means the Lenders and any former, current and future Affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, equityholders, members, managers, partners, agents, representatives, successors or assigns of any of the foregoing or any of the Lenders or any of their Affiliates.

Lender Related Party means any Lender and any of its former, current and future affiliates, officers, directors, managers, employees, controlling persons, stockholders, equityholders, members, managers, partners, agents, representatives, successors or assigns or any former, current and future affiliate, officer, director, manager, employee, controlling person, stockholders, equityholder, member, manager, partner, agent, representative, successor or assign of any of the foregoing.

Lender Related Party shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.05(d).

Lender Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03(c).

Lender Related Party means the Financing Sources, together with their former, current and future respective Affiliates, and the respective former, current and future directors, officers, employees, members, managers, controlling persons, agents, advisors and successors and assigns of each of the foregoing. However, “Lender Related Party” shall not include Parent, Merger Sub or any of their Affiliates.

Lender Related Party as defined in Section 7.7.

Lender Related Party means the Lenders and the commitment parties that are parties to any Debt Commitment Letter, together with their respective Affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, employees, partners, controlling persons, attorneys, representatives, agents, advisors, successors and permitted assigns of each of the foregoing; provided, that neither Parent nor any Affiliate of Parent shall be deemed a Lender Related Party.

Lender Related Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

Lender Related Party means any Financing Source and any of the Financing Sources’ respective Affiliates, and any of their and their Affiliates’ respective current and future directors, officers, general or limited partners, shareholders, members, managers, controlling persons, employees, representatives and agents, and the respective valid successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
