LEMSA definition

LEMSA means the Local EMS Agency established by the County, designated by the Board pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 1797.200.
LEMSA means the Contra Costa County local emergency medical services agency
LEMSA means Local EMS Agency as defined in section 1797.94 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Objective - To ensure LEMSA authorized personnel functioning within the EMS system are properly trained, licensed/certified/authorized and/or accredited to safely provide medical care to the public.

  • All reports and other materials collected or produced by LEMSA or any subcontractor of LEMSA specifically for use by COUNTY shall, after completion and acceptance of the contract, become the property of the COUNTY, and shall not be subject to any copyright claimed by the LEMSA, subcontractor, or their agents or employees.

  • LEMSA may represent, perform services for, and be employed by such additional clients, persons, or companies as LEMSA, in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

  • LEMSA may retain copies of all such materials exclusively for administration purposes.

  • Should LEMSA default in the performance of this Agreement or breach any of its provisions, COUNTY, at COUNTY's option, may terminate this Agreement by giving written notification to LEMSA.
