Objective - To ensure LEMSA authorized personnel functioning within the EMS system are properly trained, licensed/certified/authorized and/or accredited to safely provide medical care to the public.
Neither this Agreement nor any duties or obligations under this Agreement may be assigned by LEMSA without prior written consent of COUNTY, except as specified in Section 3.03 of this agreement.

Should LEMSA default in the performance of this Agreement or breach any of its provisions, COUNTY, at COUNTY's option, may terminate this Agreement by giving written notification to LEMSA.
