Legislative staff definition

Legislative staff means the staff of the legislative service commission, legislative budget office of the legislative service commission, or any other legislative agency included in the legislative service commission budget group.
Legislative staff means the staff of the Legislative Service Commission (LSC) or any other legislative agency included in LSC’s budget group (see below). “General Assembly staff” means an officer or employee of either house of the General Assembly who acts on behalf of a General Assembly member or of a committee or either house of the General Assembly.29 In addition to LSC’s staff, the LSC budget group includes the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee, the Legislative Information Systems Office, and the Legislative Task Force on Redistricting, Reapportionment, and Demographic Research.
