Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.

Staff means any individual who is a full-time, part-time, or an independently contracted employee with the Offerors’ company.

Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.
Accountant General means the officer of the National Treasury designated as the Accountant- General;
Fellowship means a fellowship in a professional medical college recognized by the Board after consultation with the Medical Advisory Committee.
Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.
Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;
Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.
Support staff means those staff holding an aircraft maintenance licence under Annex III (Part-66) in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.
