Legal Separation definition

Legal Separation means an arrangement to remain married but live apart, following a court order.
Legal Separation and/or “Legally Separated” shall mean an arrangement under the applicable state laws to remain married but maintain separate lives, pursuant to a valid court order.
Legal Separation means the transfer of the Company's Transmission and Distribution Business to Ohio Wires.
