Legacy Residents definition

Legacy Residents means those residents (i) named by Meridian Land within sixty (60) days after the later of (i) May 30, 2022 or (ii) the date the last resident moves out of the Project Site, as well as (ii) those residents who satisfy the Rent Criteria. Owner will not consider any conviction of a Legacy Resident of a crime that occurred prior to October 1, 2021 as a basis to reject such Legacy Resident when leasing to a Legacy Resident.

Examples of Legacy Residents in a sentence

  • CSC shall maintain and continue to fund the Segregated Account at the level described above until such time as no Refunds are otherwise due to Legacy Residents or Current Residents.

  • Funds held in the Segregated Account shall be used solely to fund the difference, if any, between the amount of a Refund due to one or more of the Legacy Residents or current residents of the Retirement Community who sign an amendment to their Residency Agreements (the “Current Residents”) and the new Entrance Fee received in respect of the Residence of such Legacy Resident(s) or Current Residents.

  • Executive shall be a full-time employee reporting to the Board through the Company’s board chairman (the “Chairman”).

  • The execution and delivery by CSC of this Global Amendment to Legacy Residents who have signed and delivered this Global Amendment.

  • If the garden is not cared for (seeding, planting, weeding, watering, harvesting), the gardener will be notified and the Legacy Residents Association will rent it to the next person on the garden waiting list.

  • The garden planter boxes are the property of the Legacy Residents Association and may not be modified.
