Leave Employees is defined in Section 5.22(a).
Leave Employees means any Requisite Employee that is absent from work due to short or long-term disability or an authorized leave of absence and has the right to return to employment following expiration of such absence under applicable Law, in each case effective as of the expiration of the period of absence.
