Leased Substances definition

Leased Substances means all Petroleum Substances, rights to or in respect of which are granted, reserved or otherwise conferred by or under the Title Documents (but only to the extent that the Title Documents pertain to the Lands);
Leased Substances shall collectively refer to the matter, substances and resources, defined in (a) and (b) above, that are the subject of this lease;
Leased Substances means the minerals described under the heading "Description of Location and Leased Substances" in the Appendix to this Lease;

Examples of Leased Substances in a sentence

  • In the event of unitization, production of Leased Substances which are unitized shall be allocated to that portion of the Leased Lands included in the unit in accordance with the terms of the Unit Agreement.

  • The production so allocated shall be considered for all purposes, including the payment of the royalty hereunder, to be the entire production of the Leased Substances from the portion of the Leased Lands included in the pooling in the same manner as though produced from the Leased Lands under the terms of this Lease.

  • The Lessee is hereby given the right, power and authority at any time and from time to time to pool all or any portion of the Leased Lands, including any zone(s) or formation(s) thereof, and the Leased Substances with any other lands, zone(s), formation(s) or substances underlying such other lands, provided the pooled area shall not exceed the Spacing Unit applicable to a well to be drilled on the Leased Lands.

  • Lessee shall have exclusively the rights to all Leased Substances and to all power production from Leased Substances on and/or from leased land during the term hereof, subject only to payment of the royalties to Lessor as is set forth herein.

  • The Lessee shall make available to the Lessor or to Lessor’s agent during normal business hours at the Lessee’s address set out in clause 31 (Notices), the Lessee’s records relative to the quantity of Leased Substances produced, used, saved and marketed from the Leased Lands as ascertained at the Point of Measurement and at the Point of Sale.


More Definitions of Leased Substances

Leased Substances means all petroleum, natural gas, and related hydrocarbons (except coal and valuable stone) and all other substances whether solid, liquid or gaseous and whether hydrocarbon or not, produced in association therewith, from the top of the surface to the base of the basement, but only to the extent that these substances are included in the Lessor’s certificate of title to the Lands.
Leased Substances shall collectively man the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraphs 16(a) and 16(b) that are subject to this Lease;
Leased Substances or "rental," or of any other word or expression,
Leased Substances means all Petroleum Substances, rights to or in respect of which are granted, reserved or otherwise conferred by or under the unit agreements or by or under the Title and Operating Documents (but only to the extent that the Title and Operating Documents pertain to the Lands);

Leased Substances means those substances, naturally occurring and contained within the Leased Formations, that are specified in the Mineral Lease Specific Terms excluding any Excluded Substances, or any of them that remain subject to this Lease at the applicable time. When Natural Gas is listed on the Mineral Lease Specific Terms as a Leased Substance and continues to remain subject to this Lease, it shall include its associated Field Condensate, Natural Gas Liquids, Sulphur and Other Substances as are determined under the Regulations to be attributable to the owner of natural gas mineral rights only. When Petroleum is listed on the Mineral Lease Specific Terms as a Leased Substance and continues to remain subject to this Lease, it shall include its associated Solution Gas, Field Condensate, Natural Gas Liquids, Sulphur and Other Substances as are determined under the Regulations to be attributable to the owner of petroleum mineral rights only. For certainty, the Leased Substances for which Drilling Operations or Production Operations are being conducted for the purpose of continuing this Lease beyond expiry of the Primary Term, or for an Offset Satisfying Well, will be Natural Gas if the well is classified under the Regulations as a gas well and will be Petroleum if the well is classified under the Regulations as an oil well;
