Leased Machinery and Equipment definition

Leased Machinery and Equipment shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).
Leased Machinery and Equipment means the Machinery and Equipment listed in Schedule 7.12 and leased to Seller as lessee pursuant to the lease agreements referred to in Section 7.12.
