Lease SUBI Portfolio or "1999-1A Sold SUBI Portfolio" means the Origination Trust Assets that are from time to time allocated to the Lease SUBI in accordance with the terms of the Origination Trust Documents.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Note A-6 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-6 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-6 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-6 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
