Lease Rent definition

Lease Rent means the amount payable by the Lessee to JMRC as per rates offered by the selected bidder for utilization of leased space for retail business pursuant to this RFP and accepted by JMRC to be paid by the Lessee/ Lessee along with other charges and any kind of GST, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the Lessee as per prevalent law.
Lease Rent means the periodic payment on monthly basis payable in advance, during the Term of the Lease, by the Lessee to the Lessor in terms of Clause 5 hereof;
Lease Rent means the lease rent payable in relation to the islands.

More Definitions of Lease Rent

Lease Rent means the annual lease rent payable to the Lessor by virtue of Clause11 of this Agreement.
