Lease Portfolio definition

Lease Portfolio means all of the Financing Contracts and Leased Property.
Lease Portfolio means the equipment leases and related rights and obligations of Astec Financial Services, Inc., as lessor thereunder, which were originated by Astec Financial Services, Inc., and are described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
