Lease Period Date definition

Lease Period Date means the first January 2 or July 2 after the Delivery Date and each January 2 and July 2 thereafter, to and including the last such date in the Term.

Lease Period Date means [_______________] and each succeeding [April 1] and [October 1], to and including the last such date in the Term.

Lease Period Date means, during the Basic Term or any Renewal Term, each date specified in Schedule A to Lease Supplement No. 1.

Examples of Lease Period Date in a sentence

• Lessee shall pay Basic Rent with respect to each Lease Period during the Basic Term on each Lease Period Date during the Basic Term, in consecutive installments in the amounts as provided in the next sentence, each such installment to cover the Lease Period specified in Exhibit B.

• Each such installment of Basic Rent shall be equal to Lessor's Cost multiplied by the percentage for the applicable Lease Period Date specified in Exhibit B hereto.

• Lessor and Lessee agree that each installment of Basic Rent that is indicated to be payable in advance shall be allocated over the six-month period beginning on the Lease Period Date on which such advance payment is scheduled to be made, and each installment of Basic Rent that is indicated to be payable in arrears shall be allocated over the six-month period ending on the Lease Period Date on which such arrears payment is scheduled to be made.

• Each other installment of Basic Rent is allocable to the Lease Period beginning on the Lease Period Date on which such installment is due and payable.

• Each such installment of Basic Rent shall be equal to Lessor's Cost multiplied by the percentage for the Delivery Date or applicable Lease Period Date, as the case may be, specified in Exhibit B hereto.

More Definitions of Lease Period Date

Lease Period Date means July 2, 1998 and each succeeding January 2 and July 2 to and including January 2, 2017, [April 27, 2017], and each succeeding [October 27] and [April 27], to and including the last such date in the Term.

Lease Period Date means the 1st calendar day of each month during the Term.

Lease Period Date means each date set forth in the column under the heading “Payment Date” in Exhibit II to the Lease.

Lease Period Date means each Lease Period Date which occurred under the Original Lease through the Effective Date, January 1, 2001 and each succeeding January 1 and July 1, to and including the last such date in the Term.

Lease Period Date means the Delivery Date for the Aircraft and (i) ----------------- thereafter, to and including, April 1, 1995, the first day of each calendar month, and (ii) until the end of the Term, each of May 2, 9, 16 and 23, 1995, June 2, 9, 16 and 23, 1995, July 1, 8, 15 and 22, 1995, August 2, 9, 16 and 23, 1995, September 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, 1995, October 7, 14 and 21, 1995, November 2, 9, 16 and 23, 1995, and December 2, 9, 20, 23 and 31, 1995 until the end of the Term."

Lease Period Date means (i) July 1, 1993, and each succeeding semi- annual anniversary thereof to and including the last such date in the Basic Term and (ii) December 1, 2014 and each succeeding semi-annual anniversary thereof to and including the last such date in the Term and thereafter to the extent necessary in the operation of Section 15(d) or any other provision hereof (or, if any such date is not a Business Day, the immediately succeeding Business Day, unless such succeeding Business Day is in the next calendar month, in which case the Lease Period Date shall be the next preceding Business Day).
