Lease Payment Obligations definition

Lease Payment Obligations means, with respect to any Person for any period, (i) the interest component of all Lease Obligations of such Person that are described in clause (i) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" and that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period, plus (ii) the principal portion of all Lease Obligations of such Person that are described in clause (i) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period, plus (iii) all rent payment obligations relating to Lease Obligations of such Person described in clause (ii) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" and that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period.
Lease Payment Obligations means, without duplication, with respect to any Person for any period, (i) the interest component of all Lease Obligations of such Person that are described in clause (i) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" and that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period, plus (ii) the principal portion of all Lease Obligations of such Person that are described in clause (i) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period, plus (iii) all rent payment obligations relating to Lease Obligations of such Person described in clause (ii) of the definition of "Lease Obligations" and that are Scheduled to be Paid during such period.
Lease Payment Obligations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.6 of the Lease.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.
