• In the event that Lessor sells or otherwise liquidates the Equipment following an Event of Default or an Event of Non-appropriation as herein provided and realizes net proceeds (after payment of costs) in excess of total Lease Payments under the related Lease that would have been paid during the related scheduled Lease Term plus any other amounts then due under the related Lease or Leases, Lessor shall immediately pay the amount of any such excess to Lessee.
