Lease Events of Default definition

Lease Events of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 16.
Lease Events of Default means an event of default specified in Section 23 of the Equipment Lease Agreement.

  • Collateral Event of Default means, at any time, the occurrence of either of the following: (A) failure of the Collateral to include, as Eligible Collateral, at least the Maximum Deliverable Number of shares of Common Stock or (B) failure at any time of the Security Interests to constitute valid and perfected security interests in all of the Collateral, subject to no prior or equal Lien, and, with respect to any Collateral consisting of securities or security entitlements (each as defined in Section 8-102 of the UCC), as to which Secured Party has Control, or, in each case, assertion of such by Pledgor in writing.

  • Senior Event of Default means any event of default (howsoever described) under any Senior Document.

  • Event of Default Sale As defined in Section 8.01(b) of the Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer Event of Default One or more of the events described in Section 7.01.

  • Declaration Event of Default means an “Event of Default” as defined in the Declaration.

  • Indenture Event of Default means an "Event of Default" as defined in the Indenture.

  • Liquidity Event of Default means the occurrence of either (a) the Acceleration of all of the Equipment Notes (provided that, with respect to the period prior to the Delivery Period Expiry Date, such Equipment Notes have an aggregate outstanding principal balance in excess of $300,000,000) or (b) a Continental Bankruptcy Event.

  • Event of Default Under the Trust Indenture With respect to any MBS, any “Event of Default” under Section 9.03 (or any similar provision) of the Trust Indenture pursuant to which such MBS was issued. Fannie Mae: Federal National Mortgage Association, a body corporate organized and existing under the laws of the United States, or its successor in interest or any successor appointed as herein provided. Unless the context requires otherwise, the term “Fannie Mae” shall be deemed to refer to the Federal National Mortgage Association acting in its corporate capacity and not in its capacity as Trustee hereunder.

  • Unmatured Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Debenture Event of Default means an "Event of Default" as defined in the Indenture.
