Lease Enhancement Insurance Policy definition

Lease Enhancement Insurance Policy means each of the lease enhancement insurance policies issued with respect to any Underlying Property naming the Borrower as loss payee and providing, with respect to such Underlying Property and in the event of certain casualty or condemnation events, for payment in respect of such Underlying Loan.
