Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Current FMV of the Property as of the date the Termination Trigger occurs is less than the Lease Commencement FMV, then Tenant will not have a right or option to terminate this Lease pursuant to this Section 2(b) and this Lease will continue in full force and effect, and in accordance with the terms hereof.
Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.

Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.
Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:
Commencement Date means the date fourteen (14) days after the date the Contract comes into effect or any other date named in the Contract Data.

Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
Occupancy Date means the date on which occupancy of all Units in a Project is permitted;
Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.
Date of commencement of the project means the date of the agreement.
Pay Out Commencement Date means the date on which a Trust Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 9.01 of the Agreement or a Series 2001-D Pay Out Event is deemed to occur pursuant to Section 7 hereof.

Grave space means a space of ground in a cemetery that is used or intended to be used for an in-ground burial.
Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
Accumulation Commencement Date means January 1, 2021, or such later date as the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer determines in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof.
Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.
Commencement Time means the time stated in the Engagement Documents by which the Supplier is required to commence performing its obligations under the Contract (or where no time is stated, promptly after the Supplier receives the Engagement Documents) as extended (if at all) pursuant to the Contract;
