LEASE CANCELLATION. Upon commencement of this Lease that certain "Lease Agreement" dated December 4, 1997, by and between BLN Office Park Associates Limited Partnership (Landlord) and Adaytum KPS Software Limited (Tenant), shall become null and void in its entirety.
