Learner definition

Learner means any third party including any student, apprentice (under an Apprenticeship), trainee or similar to whom the Provider is required to deliver any of the Services;
Learner means any learner, as stipulated in the Application Form, who is activated on the Company’s system to receive Products and/or Services;
Learner s license” means a learner’s license issued in terms of the Road Traffic (Licensing of Drivers) Regulations, 1977, published in RGN 240 of 1977;

Learner means any person receiving education or obliged to receive education in terms of this Act;
