Flashpoint means the minimum temperature at which a liquid gives off a vapor in sufficient concentration to ignite when tested as follows:
Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1
Fungus means any type or form of fungus, including mold or mildew, and any mycotoxins, spores, scents or by-products produced or released by fungi.
Opaque means impenetrable to sight.
EMF means the Environmental Management Framework, dated November 16, 2005, outlining the procedures for the environmental screening, management, consultation and disclosure related to the selection of the road sections under the Project.
Health professional shortage area means that term as defined in section 332(a)(1) of subpart II of part C of title III of the public health service act, chapter 373, 90 Stat. 2270, 42 U.S.C. 254e.
Financially Literate means the ability to read and understand a set of financial statements that present a breadth and level of complexity of accounting issues that are generally comparable to the breadth and complexity of the issues that can reasonably be expected to be raised by the Corporation’s financial statements.
Paraphernalia means items used for the storage or use of usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, or marijuana-infused products, such as, but not limited to, lighters, roach clips, pipes, rolling papers, bongs, and storage containers. Items for growing, cul tivating, and processing marijuana, such as, but not limited to, bu tane, lights, and chemicals are not considered "paraphernalia."
Stable means that a rating is not likely to change
Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.
Family size means the number that is determined by counting the bor- rower, the borrower’s spouse, and the borrower’s children, including unborn children who will be born during the year the borrower certifies family size, if the children receive more than half their support from the borrower. Bullying means any severe or pervasive physical or verbal act or conduct, including communications made in writing or by means of an electronic act, and including one or more acts committed by a pupil or group of pupils as defined in Section 48900.2, 48900.3, or 48900.4, directed toward one or more pupils that has or can be reasonably predicted to have the effect of one or more of the following:
organism means any biological entity capable of replication or of transferring genetic material;
Leads means the name or names of a potential buyer,
High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/ ).
Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.
Fully vaccinated means the employer has documented that the person received, at least 14 days prior, either the second dose in a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series or a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccines must be FDA approved; have an emergency use authorization from the FDA; or, for persons fully vaccinated outside the United States, be listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Moderator means, in connection with this DPA, a verified adult affiliated with and authorized by the Educational Institution to moderate a Student Account or a Classroom, as permitted by the Service.
Wildland means an area where development is generally limited to roads, railroads, power lines, and widely scattered structures. Such land is not cultivated (i.e., the soil is disturbed less frequently than once in 10 years), is not fallow, and is not in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Conservation Reserve Program. The land may be neglected altogether or managed for such purposes as wood or forage production, wildlife, recreation, wetlands, or protective plant cover.
Dusting aid means a product designed or labeled to assist in removing dust and other soils from floors and other surfaces without leaving a wax or silicone based coating. “Dusting Aid” does not include “Pressurized Gas Duster.”
Gonad shield means a protective barrier for the testes or ovaries.
chemical tanker means a ship constructed or adapted and used for the carriage in bulk of any liquid product listed in chapter 17 of the International Bulk Chemical Code;
Gasohol means a blended fuel composed of gasoline and fuel grade ethanol.
Lightweight means the displacement of a ship in metric tons without cargo, fuel, lubricating oil, ballast water, fresh water and feed water in tanks, consumable stores, and passengers and crew and their effects.
Cyberbullying means any form of communication by electronic act that is sent with the purpose to:
