Lead Hydraulic Engineer means the Design-Builders designated person who shall be responsible for meeting the RFP hydraulic requirements and making hydraulic determinations related to the project. Such individual shall be a licensed New York State Professional Engineer and shall be the Responsible Engineer regarding hydraulic design.
