LDTC definition

LDTC means Law Debenture Trust Company of New York solely in its capacity as separate trustee in respect of certain of the RMBS Trusts.
LDTC means The Law Debenture Trust Corporation plc. Liability means any liability in respect of a debt owing or owed by a Scheme Company or Claim against a Scheme Company, whether present or future, certain or contingent, ascertained or sounding only in damages.
