LDI Detector. The CCD Camera adapted for use in the Field of X-Ray Diffraction as more fully described in both Exhibit A attached hereto and the Specifications, and including the Hardware, Software and Maintenance Modifications.

  • This warranty shall not apply and will be considered void if BAXS, its distributors or end users, modify or alter the LDI Detector without the written consent of LMF.

  • These Enhancements, upon agreement of the parties, will be included in this Agreement as part of the LDI Detector.

  • LMF shall provide BAXS with information regarding future Enhancements to be made to the LDI Detector and Software.

Related to LDI Detector

  • Smoke detector means a device which detects particles or products of combustion other than heat.

  • Radiation detector means a device which in the presence of radiation provides a signal or other indication suitable for use in measuring one or more quantities of incident radiation.

  • Sensor means any measurement device that is not part of the vehicle itself but installed to determine parameters other than the concentration of gaseous and particle pollutants and the exhaust mass flow.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose. "New Service Provider" means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).

  • Pitch means a Grass Pitch or Football Turf Pitch.

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • High-temperature coating means a high performance coating labeled and formulated for application to substrates exposed continuously or intermittently to temperatures above 204oC (400oF).
