  • LCZ and CITY acknowledge that Land and Water Conservation Funds (“LWCF”) under the Federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, 16 U.S.C. §§ 4601, et seq., as amended, were used to assist the new area to be leased by LCZ under the Lease Agreement.
