This section describes the rights, liabilities and obligations for electronic funds transfers, such as by an LCCU debit card, through an electronic device (such as a telephone or computer) or converted from a paper item for the purpose of authorizing us to debit or credit your account by using your card or making any other type of electronic funds transfer.
