For purposes of computing commitment fees with respect to the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be deemed used to the extent of the outstanding Revolving Loans and LC Exposure, but not Swingline Exposure, of such Revolving Lender.
For purposes of this Agreement, Loans, Letters of Credit and LC Exposure may be classified and referred to by Class (e.g., a “Term Loan” or “Revolving Loan”), by Type (e.g., an “ABR Loan”) or by Class and Type (e.g., a “Revolving Term Benchmark Loan”).
