LBD means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealing in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in London;
Placement Agent means ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., LLC.
SG shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Jefferies means Jefferies Finance LLC.
BTCo means Bankers Trust Company, in its individual capacity, and any successor corporation thereto by merger, consolidation or otherwise.
