Lawn care definition

Lawn care means the same as defined in rule 701—26.61(423).
Lawn care. $250, a fee charged to a Tenant who fails to maintain the exterior landscaping in a manner consistent with the neighborhood curb appeal, per incident. Tenant will receive one (1) notice to remedy this violation within 72 hours. MAINTENANCE CO-PAY: $55, a fee assessed for all maintenance work orders resulting from the Tenant's misuse of the premises. AFTER HOURS ASSET PRESERVATION FEE: Tenant charged $100/hour for after-hours emergency assistance for damages caused by Tenant. If site visit is necessary, a $150 fee, plus the hourly rate shall be charged. PET WASTE FEE: $250, plus actual costs for each incident that the Broker must clean-up after any pet. 3RD PARTY DOCUMENT FEE: Tenant charged cost, plus $49.95 for each information disclosure requested by Tenant (i.e. payment history needed for loan, etc.). UTILITY RE-CONNECT: $50, a fee charged when the Tenant has the utilities turned off or disconnected, per utility, in addition to any actual charges of the utility company.
Lawn care. Lawn care includes weeding, trimming and raking as necessary as well as mowing at least 178 every seven days and watering in accordance with local regulations. 179 180 SNOW REMOVAL: Snow removal shall be performed in accordance with local regulations. 181 182 ANIMALS / PETS: No animals will be brought on the premises by Tenant(s) or guest at any time without a 183 prior Pet Agreement signed by the Manager. 184

  • Lawn care and snow plowing are provided by the Homeowner’s Association at no expense to the Residents.

  • Lawn care equipment, BBQ pits, tools, toys and sports equipment must be in storage when not in use.

  • Lawn care and snow removal from city sidewalks (within 24 hours of snowfall) shall be the responsibility of Landlord.

  • Lawn care and snow plow services may be subcontracted; however, such subcontracting will not reduce employee hours of work, days of employment or cause a layoff.

  • Lawn care shall be performed no less than once every two weeks for the full term of this Lease Agreement or more often if necessary to keep the lawn in good condition.

  • Dish TV or its equivalent may not be added to the SNOW REMOVAL AND LAWN CARE: Lawn care and ▇▇▇▇ maintenance is provided by the landlord.

  • Lawn care and snow plowing are provided by the Landlord at no expense to the Residents.


More Definitions of Lawn care

Lawn care means the maintenance, preservation or enhancement of ground covering of nonresidential property and does not include planting trees, bushes, shrubbery, grass, flowers and other types of decorative plants. Lawn care includes the following: mowing or raking the yard, chemical spraying, fertilizing, weed control or weed-eating, maintaining the ground cover in beds by adding additional rock, gravel, tree bark or other material used to provide ground cover in beds or in other places in the area to be maintained, and general lawn maintenance. Tree trimming or tree removal is not lawn care.

Lawn care. Unless otherwise indicated, Tenant(s) is required at their expense to maintain any and all surrounding grounds, including lawns and shrubbery, and keep the grounds free of rubbish and weeds. This includes, but is not limited to the mowing, edging, pruning, weeding beds and picking up trash and debris. All areas along property lines and fences should be kept free of weeds, debris and blackberry bushes where applicable. The Tenant(s) shall immediately notify the Landlord, in writing, of any dangerous conditions associated with the House. Tenant(s) is informed that Owner’s and Landlord’s insurance covers neither a Tenant(s)’ property nor Tenant(s)’ acts or omissions. Landlord shall not be held liable to Tenant(s), Tenant(s)’ invitees and Tenant(s)’ family for any damage to a person or property caused by the act or negligence of any other Tenant(s) or non-Tenant(s) at the House Community. Landlord strongly recommends that the Tenant(s) obtain “Renter's Insurance” covering Tenant(s)’s personal possessions from loss due to fire, water, burglary, vandalism, theft, or other causes and other claims, such as temporary housing or moving costs. Landlord is not liable for any such loss or damage, except as provided by law. Tenant(s) agrees and acknowledges that Landlord shall not provide and shall have no duty to provide any security services to Tenant(s) or Tenant(s)’s guests.
