LAUNCHING DATE definition

LAUNCHING DATE means the first date on which COMPANY's sales representatives are actively detailing and sampling the PRODUCT in the TERRITORY.
LAUNCHING DATE means the day of the 1st (first) sale of the Strength 1 Presentation to an End-User;
LAUNCHING DATE shall have the meaning as set forth in Paragraph 2 of Article 4.

LAUNCHING DATE means the earlier of (i) January 1, 2007 or (ii) the date that Licensee receives samples of the Product in form and quantity suitable for detailing physicians. The Launching Date shall be confirmed in writing between Licensor and Licensee promptly upon occurrence thereof.
